I’ve spent my career at the intersection of HR technology, enterprise customer success, and talent operations.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with organizations navigating growth, complexity, and evolving hiring demands. I’ve seen how quickly even strong systems can drift — how reporting becomes noisy, workflows become layered, and recruiters are left carrying the weight.
Salty Dog Talent Consulting grew out of a desire to bring calm, structured expertise back into that space.
My approach is steady and practical. I care deeply about helping teams work smarter, protect recruiter time, and hire with confidence in a market that feels increasingly complex.
And yes — there really is a Salty Dog behind the name.
Ridley, my blue merle Australian Shepherd, is my constant companion and unofficial “Chief Morale Officer.” Like any true salty dog, he’s steady, loyal, and happiest near the water. He’s also a daily reminder that clarity, patience, and consistency matter — whether you’re navigating waves or hiring systems.
